Split Bill
Easily split your bill with this app. Please note that since this application is designed to be mobile-responsive, the experience on desktop or tablet devices may not be optimal compared to using it on a mobile phone.
Split Bill
Split the bill without making the table do maths.
Split Bill is a lightweight web application designed to make dividing a bill easier from a mobile device.
The application is intentionally mobile-focused, providing a simple utility for situations where people need to calculate how a shared bill should be divided.

The Idea
Splitting a bill sounds simple until several people are sitting around a table trying to calculate it manually.
Split Bill removes some of that friction through a dedicated interface built specifically around the task.
Open it, calculate the split, settle the bill.
The project keeps its purpose narrow instead of turning a simple utility into an unnecessarily complicated finance application.
Designed for Mobile
Split Bill is specifically designed around a mobile-responsive experience.
The interface is intended primarily for use on a phone, where the tool is most likely to be needed.
Desktop and tablet usage are therefore secondary to the mobile experience.
Suggested image: Mobile bill entry followed by the calculated split result.
Lightweight Implementation
The project is built using Vue.js.
Keeping the technical stack small suits the application's focused purpose and allows the interface to remain centred around the calculation workflow.

Why Split Bill
Split Bill is another example of software designed around a very specific moment.
It does not aim to become a complete expense management platform.
Instead, it provides a direct solution for one recurring everyday problem:
How much does everyone need to pay?
That narrow scope keeps the product understandable and immediately useful.
Current State
Status: Completed
The application is available publicly as a web-based utility, with the intended experience optimised for mobile phones.
